The wife and I celebrated our first anniversary last night. I can’t believe it’s been a whole year already.

We decided to eat in to celebrate, so we opened up an overaged bottle of wine (1999 Lancaster Estate from Alexander Valley) and I cooked dinner. On the menu was linguine with clam sauce, seared scallops and prawns.
