Saving for Big Mama

So Salsa is going to release a new 29er called the Big Mama in September that looks perfect for endurance racing.

MSRP for the frame is supposed to be between $1400 and $1500. Figuring that I get a small discount from one of the local shops, it’s still a good number of pennies.

So to raise money, I start selling off some of my current bike gear, which I don’t mind at all. I should be able to bring in more than enough to cover the frame.

The problem is that I get some scammers responding to my ads sometimes. I usually try my best to entertain them, but for some reason, they just stop emailing me after a while.
